Creative guide, communication coach, and mama of two wild-hearted kiddos, Olive and Lauki. I live in rural New Zealand with my husband Laurie, our dog Seuss, and more chickens and sheep than we had ever planned.

Originally from Canada, I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa and trained as a high school art teacher here in Aotearoa. But the most transformational learning I’ve done has come from life itself—especially from the beautiful mess of motherhood and marriage and the deep deep journey I've been on in rediscovering myself and reconnecting with my body.

When we became parents, my husband and I went from connected and curious to distant and disconnected. Between the kids, the chaos, and the unspoken expectations, we forgot how to communicate—and almost lost each other in the process.

In 2019, everything changed. We made a decision: we weren’t going to give up. We committed to finding our way back—not just to each other, but to ourselves. Since then, we’ve rebuilt our connection through communication, creativity, play, and radical honesty.

That journey brought me here, to a place I never thought I'd find.

Now, I support women—especially mothers who’ve poured themselves into everyone else and are finally asking: “Who the f*ck am I now?”

I help them reconnect to their voice, their body, and their creative power so they can rebuild their relationships, revive their desires, and ReCreate their lives from the inside out.
